Information collected
Depending on the form used, we may collect:
- your name, email address, telephone number and company;
- the contents of your message or request;
- information about a part, engine or application;
- photos or a video that you choose to submit with a request for evaluation;
- your résumé and the information submitted as part of a job application;
- certain technical information needed to operate the forms and protect them against abuse.
We use this information only to process your request, contact you, evaluate a job application, ensure the forms function properly and comply with applicable obligations.
Forms and submitted files
Submissions are not retained in a form submission archive on the website.
Photos submitted with an evaluation request and résumés are sent with the email notification.
An evaluation video, if provided, is temporarily placed in a private storage area and made accessible through a protected link. It is retained for 7 days, after which access expires and the video is deleted by the designated mechanism.
Service providers
We use technical service providers for hosting, email delivery and protection against automated form submissions, including Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention.
Where required to provide these services, some information may be processed outside Quebec.
Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to process the request or job application and comply with applicable obligations. It is then securely destroyed when no longer needed.
Evaluation videos are an exception, with a fixed technical retention period of 7 days.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you or request its correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
You may also contact the person responsible for the protection of personal information with any question or complaint about our practices.
Changes
This policy may be updated when our practices or the services we use change. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
