It is retained for <strong>7 days<\/strong>, after which access expires and the video is deleted by the designated mechanism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service providers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use technical service providers for hosting, email delivery and protection against automated form submissions, including Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where required to provide these services, some information may be processed outside Quebec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to process the request or job application and comply with applicable obligations. It is then securely destroyed when no longer needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evaluation videos are an exception, with a fixed technical retention period of <strong>7 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may request access to the personal information we hold about you or request its correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may also contact the person responsible for the protection of personal information with any question or complaint about our practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy may be updated when our practices or the services we use change.
